Keepers Cottage is on the door step of some great towns and cities for you to explore during your stay with us as well as the idilic Vale of Belvoir. We are well connected and within 10 miles of Newark upon Trent and Grantham and only 25 miles from Nottingham or Lincoln, with local rail connections available from the village of Bottesford or Newark.

We are fortunate to have some great places to eat locally to the Village of Marston, Barkston and Long Bennington, as well as further-a-field including Belton Woods Hotel and the much acclaimed Restaurant Jericho at Plunger.

Our local pub in Marston, The Thorald is community owned and often has themed nights, although these book up quick! Our local village shop can also be found here, run by volunteers from the local community.
